The legends and histories all describe hundreds of moons orbiting the world of Tulmoüth. Over the years the moons have devoured each other, continuing to grow in size. Today eleven moons remain. Zül, Methäel, the twin moons of Bytum and Bruu, Valtune, Enduyeke and Ida are the moons that the people of the Republic of Kico have associated themselves to. Fifty years ago, the moon of Valtune consumed Tigfur, the twelfth moon. This event triggered the Heretic Purge, where the Tribune of the Magi, Divine Circle and League of Merchants and the Water Command waged a civil war against the Order of the Inner Eye. Eventually this drove the Order underground. The other moons are named Talvu, Sax, Fea, and Malius, and Falune.

The Council of Ki governs the Republic of Kico. Currently, the council has six voting members. The Tribune of the Magi, Divine Circle, Water Command, League of Merchants, Land Command, Council of Guilds.

The Tribune of the Magi is the most powerful of all the voting members. Made up of the Arcane Spell Casters, the Tribune divides its self into two parts: the Vault of Will and the Vault of Knowledge. The Vault of Will is composed of the more charismatic magic users, while the Vault of Knowledge relies much more on intelligence. The Tribune has climbed the political latter though exception service protecting the southern islands from the Dwarven Empire of Bour’gath in the War of Shattered Shields. The Vault of Knowledge leadership currently serves as liaison on the Council.

The Divine Circle, also known as the zealots serves as the spiritual backbone of the Republic. These Divine Users are second in power only to the Tribune. The High Priest of Behav represents the Circle to the Council of Ki. The High Priest also oversees the Council of Behav. Each personality of Behav occupies one seat the large council fo Behav.

The Water Command of the Republic is the stronger of the two military branches. The Grand Admiral sits at the head of the military structure. He oversees the
